Garage Cleanouts

Basic Services:

​

1. Remove all items from the floor area of the garage only and place onto the driveway

2. Sweep and dust the interior of the garage

3. Pressure wash or mop garage floor (as required) and includes up to 3-6-9 contractor trash bags (1-2-3 car garage).  Garbage bags placed curbside

4. Bring back items into the garage (as per customer instruction) and place in “like by like” categories (sports equipment with sports equipment, lawn and garden with lawn and garden) and cleaning and organizing of closets, cabinets, or shelves inside garage area only.

 

Pricing:

 

1 car - $199 + HST

2 car - $299 + HST

3 car - $399 + HST

 

Additional Services:

 

• Clean/wash garbage cans - $10/each

• Interior paint (labour only, materials extra, garage interior only) - $60/1 car; $80/2 car; $100/3 car

• Trash removal from premises - $10/contractor bag

• Plastic totes/containers - $30/each

• Plastic/Steel shelving units (delivered and installed) - $100 - $200/each

• Storage systems – pricing based on requirements

• Large junk removal - $75/truckload
